Installation Step 1:
Start your
Web browser.

RECEIVING
AN INCOMING "WINDOWS LIVE MESSENGER" CALL
Using Step 25:
A dialog
box will pop up near the "Notification Area"/"System Tray":

Click on
"Accept" to accept the call.
Otherwise,
click on "Decline" to decline the call.
